Canadian Eh!

Tired of having your spell check tweak over colour, neighbour, centre etc. You can set Dreamweaver 8's spelling Dictionary to Canadian English.

Choose Edit > Preferences > General and select Canadian English from the Spelling Dictionary dropdown list.

Safe Previewing

By default Dreamweaver will ask you to save your file before previewing it in the browser. The downside of this is that once you have saved your file you can no longer use Edit > Undo or Ctrl (win) +Z or Cmd(mac) +Z to remove the last changes you made.

You can set Dreamweaver to preview a temporary file so that you don't have to save your file first. Choose Edit > Preferences > Preview in Browser and check the Preview using temporary file option.
